Gilroy Garlic Festival

Gilroy's famous celebration of garlic returns

The Gilroy Garlic Festival, a Gilroy tradition since 1979, returns to the Hecker Pass Outdoor Events Center, 3050 Hecker Pass Highway, next to Gilroy Gardens. Expect Gourmet Alley's flaming pans, garlicky food, live music, cooking demos, and arts and crafts, all run by community volunteers. Tickets are valid for one day only. It is one of Gilroy's busiest weekends of the year, so book early; the festival grounds are about 12 minutes from Gilroy Inn.
